R155 for cold food

It looks like stonehaven don't care about there customers. I went to your candles by candle light on the 15th December and I ordered food when it came it was cold it tasted like it came straight out of the fridge. I called for the manager when those buttons you have on the table and no manager. I told the waiter and he just looked at me. I paid R155. 20 for that ******* cold basket. I have sent you emails as well and no reply. If you don't care please just say and I will never came to stonehaven again.
