Horrible, Disgusting Service!

Stonehaven on Vaal was selected by my esteemed company for our yearend function. We waited an hour before a waiter/waitress attended to us. We furthermore waited an hour and a half for our food to arrive after having to run around like crazy trying to find our waiter so that we could actually order food. Once we received the food, it was disgusting! Old food, not cooked fresh. All sauces arrived with a wonderful layer of thick skin because it was obviously warmed up in the microwave. It was pathetic. We actually ordered two or more drinks for ourselves because we didn't know when we would receive service again. We requested the manager but to no avail. Pathetic man!
