Aiming for Worst Restruant of 2021

As I pilot I have been all over South Africa and Africa, Stonehaven has literately gone from an amazing place to becoming the worst place I have even been to hands done. Was such a lovely place up to about 2018 but now it seems your aiming for the worst restaurant of 2021.

Service is non existent, this is now everytime in a row!!! tables is dirty and not sanitized. Waiters will look at you but not assist you or greet you to say they have noticed you and will be with you momentarily , Multiple time I had to go and ask a waiter after they have seen me walked in.

What kind of service is this stonehaven???

I get there is some days where thing don't go perfect but in the last 6 months. Every single time there is problem with really and I mean really bad service?

What is wrong with you Stonehaven? You used to be such a lovely place. I refuse to ever support you again.

Client service is for free!!!! And you are chasing way business like your getting paid..

Your Waiters can't do basic jobs! Ever time I order food I have to ask for a fork and knife and by the time they bring me a fork and knife the food is already cold.

If I order a cool drinks, I have to ask for a straw every time for the lady.

Every time I ask for the bill, the bill takes longer to arrive than what my food has.

Your premises is beautiful and if you put in 5% of the effort into client service maybe you can be the wonderful place you once where, but now it just feels like a dump with depressed waiters not willing to help, able to do the basic or know how to smile.

I am super relaxed and super friendly with the staff! But I get treated like someone who kills panda bears for a living. Why stonehaven? Have you never heard of basic hospitality or waiter training?

My goodness I'm sure there is a 5 minute video on youtube you can let your waiters watch on how to be effective?

Better service = More business which = more money

It's a shame there is no competition, and I hope someone opens something soon down the river. Cause they really just have to give basic service and they will put you out of business because of the poor service you deliver. Cause business like yours does not deserve to operate or exist if such bad service is being offered.

I hope you use this to get your business and service back on track. Then you can atleast some of your clients but your never seeing me again.
