A precious memory restored
After contacting the shop, I went in to get the final quote done for a reset of my wedding ring. I wanted to keep the ring's integrity as I'm very sentimental, and to possibly add a new band on the side. I knew to go there because this is a family business that has been operating for 39 years. Needed someone that can be trusted and to whom I might return in future, especially with family heirlooms. The quote was very reasonable, and Kay was incredibly understanding & professional. Thank you so much for your integrity and professionalism, Kay. My heart is filled with gratitude and I'm so happy about the restoration of a precious memory.
