WAITING FOR A REFUND SINCE 13/FEB/16 & ALWAYS EXCUSES!

<p>Paid for materials then one of the materials were not in the colours to match with the other stone ordered so we decided to ask them not to produce and refund me.</p> <p>I confirmed that they did not start to manufacture the materials and one of the disappointments was also the target date to start to produce as would be very late due to other works in front of my order. </p> <p>I asked to refund me the total amount I paid EFT the full Amount of: R5887,00, on 12/FEB and after all challenges I cancelled in the next day on 13/Feb but until today 28/MAR, they did not refund me. </p> <p>I have emailed them and called several times and there are always an excuse now i can not get hold of them at all.<br />Spoke to Raymond Sales Manager ********** />& ********** ) in the beginning. </p> <p> </p> <p>#Sales Order STONE MARKET (PTY) LIMITED SAL2521.4</p>
