I would like to express my absolute satisfaction with the 5 star service that I received at Stone Library in North Riding, Johannesburg.

I was assisted by Shaun Wantenar who has been absolutely amazing to work with.

There were quite a few problems and hiccups along the way during our engagement, but Shaun was more than accommodating and always made a plan to assist me in any way that he could, sending me large batches of stock the same day I ordered them and even paying for work that needed to be done due to a mistake that was made.

I have to say that I have rarely experienced such a willingness to not only assist a customer, but also to correct mistakes that were made in such an open, honest and friendly manner.

Many, many thanks to you Shaun for everything that you have done through our process. It really has been a breath of fresh air for me and I am incredibly grateful for all your help and the manner in which you dealt with things.
