holiday experience at Stone hill River Lodge just outside Swellendam

we arrived end of December 2020 for a 5-day stay.

1. the accommodation is very spacious and well laid out and in good conditions. 2. there is sufficient activities for the young and not so young such as archery, river boating, mountain biking, pool. 3. customer service is good and friendly 4. communication is good, via whatsapp 5. pre-booking of firewood, activities, etc. 6. resort well maintained overall,

areas of improvement noted: 1. larger or additional pool to cater for more, existing pool is to small, 2. existing pool to be fibre lined, the rough plaster is hard on the feet, 3. units to be fitted either with additional ceiling fans or aircons, 4. after hours maintenance availability.
