Dissappointed with Stone Fusion

Bathroom renovations started in October, which were supposed to last one month are still not completed.

We have 1) a leaking toilet 2) a leaking pipe under the vanity 3) a damaged vanity as a result of the leak 4) a bathroom door that does not close 5) unfinished painted beams 6) no toilet paper holder 7) no towel rail 8) a plastic hand towel rail that I asked to be replaced with metal 9) I have informed them that when we open the bath mixer brown water comes out and this only happens in the bathroom, leading me to believe the pipe they damaged at the beginning of the project was not properly sealed. 10) Missing curtain rail 11) After flushing, the water keeps running. 12) A blocked basin

The number of times I have had to beg for them to come fix the issues, only to have them postpone on the day is astounding. The excused I have been given range from I was sick, to I was ****** to Fridays are short days to Mondays are short days to it was raining.

And the silly mistake I made was to pay for everything upfront.
