bad customer service

I orderd a cross for my grandfather then I made a payment of 1700 on thr 8th of April 2015 into thier business account I was told they will deliver n fit it in the following week that did not happen instead this man came on the fridae of the 24th april 2015 and said he will not fit it in I must do it myself. this cross of his broke when we got home. I want my money back or he must finish his job
