REFUND DELAY

I made a booking for our Section Christmas lunch and paid a deposit of R1000.00. Every week I only receive empty promises, hence i need my refund back as I need to pay Tuscan BBQ before our function on 11 Dec2015. Can someone Please assist as I've been hearing strange stories that I wont be getting my refund.
