TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE

Booked accommodation at Stone Cottage in Deneysville. When we arrived there was nobody to greet us. When the owner, Annalize finally arrived we had looked around. The room was dark and dingy, crammed full, no proper windows. The advertised braai area and outside area was totally disgusting, the broken braai was lying on its side and the wash area and chairs had not been cleaned in months. The wash basin still had the whole of winters leaves in it. The pool area was no better, the pool was green and there was broken furniture lying around the pool. it was advertised as a bed and breakfast, you had to drive all the way into town for breakfast, false advertising. We requested our deposit back, and all she could say was that she does not deal with confrontation. I have put reviews on the various sites to warn people of this disgusting place and will be taking this matter further.
