Unsatisfactory Service

Hi,

We booked a 2 day stay at the Stone Cottages in Camps Bay.However, due to unforseen circumstances we've had to change the dates.However, we informed the reservation's manager if we could move the dates.She refused and we were not given an option for a refund instead we were directed to their t & c's that their cancellation fee is included in the booking, though at the time when we made the booking we were made to believe that there would not be any cost implication when changing dates.
