Poor apperance on granite

Upon delivery of the granite it was noticed that there was rust on the granite. When questioned the delivery guys they had called the sales person Lennon who said that there was nothing they could do. We have then received an email from their branch in verulam stating that they cannot assist with the removal of the marks. They acknowledge that I had viewed the granite before purchasing and when I purchased it there was no rust stains. They also stated in the email that they would have been able to do an exchange if the granite was not installed however they did know abt it before it was installed as I stated earlier that upon delivery it was noted that the granite had the stains. Instead of sending someone to have a look at the granite they just said that there is nothing they can do. They advertise and say that there stone and granite are stain free however I have just had such a unpleasant experience with this company who fails to take ownership of their errors and mishaps.
