Stonearch facility manager is totally unreasonable

Was asked to move my engine parts from my varanda because it's not allowed (it was not mentioned on the contract I signed). When I called them to find out why I was told to have it moved by Tuesday the 20th (I called Friday the 16th) or else I'll be fined. When I mentioned that I will only be able to move it after a month they were not willing to give me time and I was fined.
