Really bad service

They are busy handling my divorce. They had a Rustenburg and Hartbee****rt branch. When I tried to phone to follow-up on the case, no answer. I went to the office at Rustenburg... The office was empty, only to find out from others in the building that they had packed up and closed down. After almost a week that has passed and many phone calls, only to get the message that they will call back as they moved there office to Hartbee****rt. It is almost a month now and still no call back. When I phone the land line don't work, and they don't answer cell phones... I paid alot of money already and urgently need to know what is going on.
