Disgusted

<p>I'm really disgusted in the way i have been treated by this place, we planned a wedding in December and i ended up having a miscarriage, and decided we don't want to get married this year We informed management about this in February and have been fighting since then to get our money back on deposit. first we get **** to that we have signed a contract that stated we wont get our deposit back if we cancel, we were never made aware if this clause and we didn't sign a contract. when trying to use the date for another function they were so unhelpful all i get no that's booked no this is booked! You didn't even have the time to help me find another date. we had to beg 2 months for a quote regarding the wedding in the first place. Yes we got R 2000 back but how fair is it that you keep half that money for nothing.</p>
