Disgraceful Personel

Beyond disgusted. Stayed over for business a few days, where asked to run personal errands for a staff member with there being a promise of discounts on the stay. Where put in a sharing room with a colleague where we paid for two separate rooms, promised it was only going to be for one night but ended up being the majority of our stay. Was called after a month only, where instead of the promised discount I was promised a refund at the beginning of January 2021. The person **** about it and continually harassed me with false empty promise. After speaking to the Manager and boss, 3 weeks has gone by and still not even as much as an apology from their side. Says a lot....
