Stokes Auctioneers don't refund!

Stokes Auctioneers were overpaid by ourselves in August...we provided our correct banking details and requested that they refund us. Our emails were ignored, until I commented on their Facebook page. We then got a telephone call and an email to show that their admin department have approved for this refund to be made to us...however, they omitted one of the digits in our account, so, that EFT could never be made. I have been sending email after email informing the of their error, but just do not get any response. You also now cannot get onto their Facebook page. Their service is shocking, not even having common decent courtesy to reply on emails!
