stodels poor IT system

I as usual went to the Milnerton store to buy my spring plants - after carefully selecting all my plants, compost and soil, I discovered i had left my loyalty card in my other bag. i went to the reception to get the bar code to receive my discounts etc. i was told that i had to fill in a new form as they need a card to swipe. i left all purchses and went to another nursery<br> in the 21 century if their IT system can't store their customers details then i am afraid they need to relook at their loylaty system<br>
