Outstanding Service

I had an issue with misinformation regarding my irrigation system. I'd sent a complaint on the website and they came back to me promptly to get all the info.<br> <br> I won't go into detail about how they made it up to me as I feel some people may take advantage of the situation, however, I just want to say that these 3 guys really went above and beyond to make me feel like a valued customer and to help me in setting up my irrigation for my garden! I'm a bit of a fussy customer but also a little loskop but they stuck with me all the way over the past couple of weeks and NEVER got impatient or ignored my emails etc. which has been my experience with so many companies / businesses after making a complaint.<br> <br> It really was a very pleasant experience with them all and purely because of that I will drive all the way from Bothasig to Bellville in future to make any purchases for my home and garden!!
