I purchased items online to the value of R1674.08 and yet to my surprise after sending a request on tracking order the email I received back was poorly written with spelling errors and bad grammar. Also, I was copied in an email with almost 20 other recipients who also questioned the credibility of the company and requested refunds in the same email trend I received.
