SFI review - DISGRACEFUL!!!

Would honestly give 0 stars if I could! Where do I begin?? I saw their ad for a sales consultant on Pnet which offered R22 000pm. I app**** and got called in for an interview. That's where I learnt that your "salary" is purely commission based which was never stated on the ad. regardless I still stuck to wanting to work there. I informed the CEO of the company (Mr. Potgieter as he was the one interviewing me) that I had a 2 week notice with leaving with my current job and it was stated on my CV as well when I first app****. Training was supposed to start 2 days after the interview, however after I informed him, he proceeded to say that it is not a problem, once my notice period is up then i can give them a call to come and work for them. Fast forward 2 weeks, after I left my previous job, I phoned SFI(Stocks and Forex Invest) to inform them that my notice period was over and that I am ready to come and work. The lady on the call (her name was Seema) told me that it is great news and currently training is not happening but she will give me more info the following week. I said okay. I waited that week, nothing came. So I phoned her again to which she said she doesn't know when training will begin however she will call me. I waited an additional 2 weeks!! (Keep in mind currently I am unemployed with no means of an income). After 2 weeks i contacted her again! She gave me the same story, i explained my predicament to her about being unemployed and leaving my previous job to work for SFI and she said she can not do anything about it, she will give my message to Mr. Potgieter and tell him to contact me. I waited 4 days and there was no contact, so I messaged Seema asking for Mr, Potgieter's number, which she gave and I then phoned him. Keep in mind he is the CEO of the company! he knew who I was as he wanted me for sales as well as social media marketing. He told me on the call that he has been looking for my CV to contact me (which I don't believe as it has been well over a month at this point since I left my previous job). I inquired about the sales consulting to which he said training is not happening due to renovations and a business merge and he doesn't know when it will be done, and that all of them are sitting at home waiting to hear updates. Firstly how can the CEO OF THE BUSINESS NOT know what is happening!? Anyways moving on, I explained my predicament of being unemployed for about 2 months now at this point, he understood or so i thought, he offered me to do social media marketing for them in the meantime. I agreed and he asked how much it would be and I gave him the MINIMUM a social media marketer earns pm which is between R10 000 and R12 000 pm. The man straight up said no they can't afford that right now, so i asked him what his budget was and he said currently he is not sure due to the merge and he proceeded to not even mention any amount on the phone call. I also asked him if Seema contacted him with regards to my situation as she said she will, he said she never contact him. He also said nobody that came in for the training was called in again to work due to the merge/extension. Some of these people that came for the training travelled far and by bus and paid alot of money to get there for the training, all for nothing because they just did not get called back. ( Keep in mind the training only occurs after you accepted for the job, which we all were). anyways towards the end of the phone call he apologized and messaged me after with social media marketing info still not having mentioned how much he will pay me per month and he said he will contact me with regards to it as well as with regards to the sales consulting position. I got this job in March. left my previous job in March. April I was supposed to begin working for them. All of this drama only ended in Late May/early June. TILL NOW towards the end of July they still haven't called or given feedback with what is happening and I am still sitting unemployed. I ought to take legal action against these bozos and sue them for everything that they have!! because of them I am currently unemployed!! Horrible work ethic absolutely pathetic!! Would never recommend working for them as well as with them just horrible!!
