A Fictitious Dream

I was led to believe that Stocks and Forex Invest / Academy (SFA) offered a unique course on learning to trade in the financial markets. This course was supposedly born from an amalgamation of years of experience and knowledge in and of the industry. However, the majority of the videos that make up the course have been recorded from YouTube, with SFA's contact details sporadically added into the clips, and out of sync animated introductions. Upon signing up, it was agreed that I would pay half up front and the remaining balance on the 28th of November, thus giving me two months to accumulate the balance from trading. I was asked to pay using an instant payment; despite this, it took them three weeks to upload part two of the course; as of the 14th of November 2021, the rest of the course is nowhere to be seen. I reported six times that a video wasn't loading, and as of the 14th of November, it was still not working. When I asked for a refund, I was told that I would not be given one as they had already shared their so-called "intellectual property" with me. I have spoken to some of the REAL creators, and they have confirmed that they DID NOT give SFA permission to use any of their content. They have now blocked me on WhatsApp and do not answer any emails, text messages or the physical letter I couriered to them. So, in conclusion, if you are keen to learn how to trade on the financial markets, don't waste your time with Stocks and Forex Invest / Academy. You can do "their" entire course for free. Head over to YouTube and watch the channels of Synapse Trading, Fractal Flow and Metatrader's official platform and Avatrades educational section of their website.

Only because the National Consumer Complaints Committee contacted you about it and made a response mandatory. Otherwise, nothing would have been done. Ironic that you only reply on the NCC's 7-day deadline....Don't pretend that you have taken the moral high road, it has taken you 7 months to reply.
