Useless. Unhelpful. Zero Compassion.

I posted the review below. Received a reply from Zelda van Pletsen but have not since been contact, and so it still stands.

I want my contract cancelled as I CANNOT afford it any longer!! I'm a student now and living alone, I have to pay to live. Not for a course that is absolutely useless to me now!

Here you go:

This institution cares about nothing but money and makes no efforts to look after their students/customers.

They lie about what you're signing up for and the kind of contract you are taking out. (I was told that I could pay it off faster and therefore with less interest but this has not been the case, they claim I must pay 50k for a course that I was told is 24k with added interest when paid off monthly, and that there are no other options).

No options to cancel or offer smaller payments or any other helpful option for those of us who have been hit hard by Covid and are struggling to feed ourselves. And now I must pay for this course that I'm not even using at the moment because I'm too busy working to keep myself alive.

Absolutely full of ****, carries no compassionate, inconsiderate and lacking any semblance of empathy.

And to name names, I have been in contact with Kingston who has offered no help and only threatened to hand me over to debt collectors.

Appalled by this institution. Disgusted. Livid.
