Please balance me real quickly. As by law and NCR regulations. How is it possible that stock market continue with this operation of loaning unemployed individuals who are in no place of being able to pay anything? Because to NCR that is ******** and irregularity.

Stock Market College does not loan any money to students. Should a student choose to finance the course, he can do so via a 3rd party.
You did not finance your course purchase though, you did though neglect to pay your monthly instalments and then was handed over.
