Tell ur sales people to be honest with the clients they shouldn't lie to get a commission.
Stock market college really isn't that bad, however when I signed up I went to the campus in woodmead. The consultant promised me that I'll be able to come for classes directly at woodmead, another thing I was promised was one on one sessions from mentors which was a lie too trading rooms are helpful but if you are 100 students on a call you may not get the attention you need ,now you all over the internet and youtube because only one style of trading is being thought not considering the fact that humans think differently. The MARKETS ARE BASED ON HUMAN BEHAVIOR I also think SMC should teach how to scalp the lower timeframes because some of us dont have the paicience to wait a whole week for a setup. I know the mentors at smc preach that a 100 pips are better than 20 but if you can catch 20 pips a day for a week thats a 100 maybe 80 if you lose a fewThat consultant or sales person was the biggest pain in the ass while I was writing my final matric exam he kept on calling me for two weeks everyday literally forcing to pay for the course even after I told him I was going to sign up after the exams. Please consider what I said after all I am basically paying school fees every month.I hate to say it but I felt like I was ****med!!
Due to Covid we made a business decision to close the offices in Woodmead and run the workshops and all training online via Zoom. We were fortunate in that we were able to continue providing a service and continued classes. If you remember, we were already running the hybrid model of face-to-face and zoom classes so the adjustment wasn't too overwhelming for the students. This decision was in fact welcomed by most of our students due to the classes moving to the evenings. You mention that there are at times too many students in the trading room and you miss the individual attention. The Trading Support team is available to talk to and request guidance from outside of the Trading Room which is only for 1 1/2 hrs Monday to Friday in the mornings and the same in the afternoon, Monday to Thursday. I encourage you to contact them and request assistance outside of the trading room too.
I agree, SMC is more conservative in their approach as risk management is key when learning to trade, so is practicing patience. I will have Ashley call you regarding your style of trading and perhaps address it in the trading room too so that other traders can learn. I understand your frustration, so let's get a handle on it and improve your trading experience.
