Absolutely horrible service and all they are looking at is taking your money. The owner Zelda is extremely rude and uncouth while their office staff are ill-mannered. Go to Youtube you will learn way more without being ******.

Your contract is paid up - 36 months - you had during this time period NOT completed the course and said you had life time access so you should be allowed to continue. Because your term was paid up, your course access terminated. You complained requesting life time access.
I explained that our business model offers access to the course for an initial 36-month period, as outlined in the contract. This structure is designed to encourage engagement and completion within a reasonable timeframe. After this period, we offer continued access at a reduced rate of R249 per month where you are able them terminate at any time. You were not happy with this and I terminated the call once you started calling me a *******.
We understand that circumstances can vary, and our goal is to support our students as best as we can.
