Stock market college confusing
I signed with stock market college little did I know that when signing with them when I don't pay three months for the course I get to be blacklisted and my account handed over. I haven't funded my trading account yet and thought if I do will be able to pay for the course when I start trading, which I did ask the managing director Hardus and he agreed that I do so. But I once phoned their office to enquire about why my demo account has been suspended, one of the support lady mentioned is because my trading account hasn't been funded and told her that my account has been handed over, she told me I even cannot attend the classes and that Hardus does not know the everyday runnings of the company but Hardus instead told me I can attend. Please can i get assistance in this matter.
Stock Market College is providing education to you via the Stock Market Course - A Guide to Trading. Your purchase, which is an instalment agreement states that you are to pay a monthly amount until final payment has been received and your course is paid off.
We follow a policy whereby should you skip 2 months payment, you are notified via SMS and email that you are in arrears. Should you default further, we start the handover process which is a process of collection and listing. You are still able to pay any arrears and continue with your studies, your listing will also be removed. You have access to your learning management system and classes until you are handed over to our attorneys for collection. Your status at the campus then becomes Legal.
Your trading account and platform is not a purchase. These are the tools you use to apply your knowledge. The stock brokerage is not part of Stock Market College, it is separate. All clients open demo accounts. IF your account is funded, it has no validity date, IF your account is NOT funded, it is only valid for 30 days. That is why your demo account was suspended. You may attend all classes if your account is not funded except for platform training. This requires a funded account.
