Stock Market College can you just cancel my debit order!

I joined Stock Market College November 2017 with so much excitement and promise to be making money monthly.

I took my last money and paid cash 22K College fee plus the 5K to fund account with an expectation of being able to make profit each month however that has not been happening and I do not have money to pay 250, I do not have a job so i have no monthly income coming in my account and took my last investment to enrol to the college and start making money. The monthly 250 was suppose to be coming from my profits.

I have not made any profits hence i could not pay the monthly 250 but i withdrew money from my trading account and therefore payed the skipped payments.

I have come to accept that I have really lost money and since i still do not have any source of income even today i will be unable to continue paying the 250 and therefore would like to cancel my debit orders. But now i am told I am unable to cancel the 250 and I am not being answered as to which goods Im I liable to continue paying for because I wont be trading anymore, I do not need the SMS and emails, the trading toolkit you gave me is also returnable it is still brand new hey nothing was used from it.

I paid 22k that I am not asking refund for but I want the 250 to be cancelled. Whats the problem with that I REALLY DONOT UNDERSTAND.

Kingston Tsoka just copied and pasted the cancellation terms to me again after I asked which good i'm i still paying for.

Stock Market College just cancel my debit order there is no monthly income to debit from as i mentioned a thousand times I am not working and your trading was suppose to bring income but it is not so there is no need to continue I have accepted the loss of my 22k Cash and the 5K i funded on the account which made no profit.

Dear Muga

Your complaint refers.

You purchased the stock market course in November and opened a trading account. You approved that a third party trade for you on your account. In total you lost R216 but due to incorrect trading you paid high fees and then withdrew the remaining 50% of your funds. You were called by a stockbroker who advised you/third party of the errors in trading, which you acknowledged.

You have only completed 3% of the Streetwise Investor module on the leaning management system, 9% of the platform training module - Stock Market Trading and 5% of the module, Stock Market 101.

Your payment of R22000 is for the stock market course. Your R5000 of which you only traded 50% has nothing to do with this fee. I am unable to force students to apply themselves to the learning material, I wish I could. It would make an immense difference to their approach to the market and how they trade.

As you still owe SMC money for the course, we will not be cancelling the deduction of R249. You will remain a student until all is paid. You are able to attend classes repeatedly, call or email our lecturers or brokers at any time or visit the campus.

regards

Zelda Van Pletsen

No 3rd party traded on my behalf i acknowledged the error it was my own I see no relevance with the 3rd party statement you made Zelda. I am going to say this again, I cannot afford to pay the 250 if i did i wouldn't ask for a cancellation. With my 22 000 paid i see no problem why you cannot the remaining debit order because it really unfair and wrong for you to refuse to cancel.
