Staff attitude and contradiction

I signed up with stock market college in August 2016 and fell pregnant soon after with severe complications that made me not be able to follow up. Im paying for both ITM and the profit course monthly. I called them requesting to at least stop ITM and just continue with the profit and a receptionist called Primrose advised and that it was possible and a man called Kingston would call me back assist me with it since i signed up under him. The call never came. A week later i called again. She remembered msans put me through to Kingston who in less than 1 minute advised me its not doable. Im bound to a 3 year contract. Im sure this also came from a mind of him losing his commision. He immediately transferred me back to the receptionist who was now refusing she ever told me it was possible. She requested for a date and time that she had said this and advised that all calls are recorded so she wanted to pull up the recording and call me back. I gave her the details and have not heard from either of them since. When i aired this out on the whatsapp group Hardus immediately threw me out of the group. I feel blood sucked. This college seems to not consider the people it signs up and cares about getting more recruits. Life is not a vacuum made up of money. We live amongst people and should treat each other with mutual respect and consideration. I will continue with my profit course since im paying for it but i advise people to rather get free signals online than get trapped by the fine print that they so quickly pull up. Hope the staff knows who pays their salaries before they rudely address clients
