Sold under false empty promises by sales rep.
<p>I bought a package from SMC, firstly the rep showed me a **** account of how much money he is making from the stock exchange and this is easy money to be made, he expalined that you need some training of which he can give me at home in the evenings as i explained to him i cannot take of from work to go to any training sesssions,he came to my house twice and never again just showed me the abolute basics of how the program works,after this i called him a couple of times but everytime new excsuses. When i called head office i got a complete diffirent version that i must go for 5 day training etc which i cannot do becasue of my work, i tried and begged them to help me to solve this issue with no success, i then wnet and stopped my debit order to try and get some assistance from them but now they only trheaten to list me by the ITC, can anyone please help- in this regard?????</p>

You purchased the Profit Course in July 2015. A basic installation was done at your home and the basics shown to you. Beginners and Advanced classes are offered on Saturdays. I unfortunately don't know what Trevor explained to you as it was more than a year ago. We are here to assist you with being a successful trader. I notice that your trading account is open and funded. Our classes in the week run from 0930 to 1200. This is on a rotational basis so that clients who work in the week can attend when they put in a days leave. I will email the schedule to you for your perusal.
