In 2020 someone working at SMC signed me up for the course even though I told him I won't afford , so after he signed me up after few days I wrote an email to the college regarding the cancellation of the contract and I was told that it won't be possible because of the 5 day thing of which I had no idea of and I never used any of their resources .So now they are busy sending me emails regarding fees telling me I owe them how am I going to pay if am not working

12 Feb 2024, 21:45Hello George, unfortunately you signed up in 2020 and/or account is in arrears. It was handed over quite a while ago. It is correct that you have a 5 working day cancellation period. I will have Credit Control give you a call to see how they can assist.
