Regrets

Good morning I am not here to bash anyone i just have questions. Upon reading many reviews of this college it is quite evident that the majority of people are complaining about the cancellation process. All i want to know why should this be so difficult? Can you guys just not block the student’s account prohibiting them from using the account and accessing the material after they have cancelled their contract?and also why does it have to be this expensive?i am also at this college but i honestly don't have time to read the material and i am financially not able to afford this anymore. You do come across as ***** if you not even allow for people to cancel with legitimate reasons. We all know about the cooling off period, that one should read the materials and all those other things but unexpected things happen in life like death in your family, you loosing your job which will make it impossible for you to pay.surely their should be provision for that on the smc side. Just have a little compassion and consider these things. Ps: i heard from someone that the material you charge us for are freely available on the internet.is this true or a lie?

Good day Marsha

Thank for the review.  It may not be a 5, but it isn't a 1.

Regarding the cancellation of the agreement.  All students are able to cancel within the 5 working day cancellation period.  Thereafter they no longer have access to the material.  After this period, should they wish to cancel, their request is declined.  Students gain immediate access to the study material and all classes, either in person or via zoom.

Students have a 3 year access to the material, not only one.  When there is a default in payment, the student is contacted and requested to pay the default.  If the payment isn't made, the handover process begins.  This process takes more than a month, so isn't immediate.  Why is a student not cancelled at any time when requested to do so?  a.  the student has had the benefit of the material, if he/she has not used/attended/read or passed, and requests a cancellation, it will be declined.  b.  we run a business, much like entering into a cellphone contract, once your cooling off period has passed, you are unable to cancel.  We are not *****.  If there is a death, and that of the contract holder or of a spouse, we take this into account, and put the contract may be put on hold for 3 months.  If you are retrenched, we do the same.  All we ask for is a retrenchment letter.

I truly don't know of another company that offers what we do, a one-stop-shop where one is able to learn to trade as well as be assisted with a trading account and exposed to a trading mentor along with classes Monday to Saturday and for 3 years.  Compared with school, college, varsity - for this period of time, unlimited access, I don't think the price is in any way expensive.

There is a lot of material on how to trade the market on the internet.  Many courses - some for free, some at a price.  We are constantly evolving our material to suit our clients, generally inexperienced, with a desire to learn to trade.  Those who say that this material is available for free don't know what we do.  Trading is not only about the theory, the video's, the learning, it's about the ability for someone to interact and make the trading more tangible, remove the fear and put into action what you have learnt.

I hope this sheds some light on what we do and how we operate.
