refusal to pay up my profits

<p>Hello Peter, i am Thabo Christian Kgethe. </p> <p>I opened an accout with stock market college last year around april. i invested R30 000 in my acc and i lost R11 000 in 3 weeks trading CFD'. last year (2016) i was left with R1000 in my acc and i bought 22 000 shares from KAP Holdings and i made R0.65 on the share and made R13 000. i withdrew R3000 in March and Bought 150 000 shares on the same company to make R1.18 short, from R9.13 to take profit at R7.95.</p> <p>then on friday 23rd June 2017, i made profit as the KAP share price was R7.75 at 11:00 am. i send a message to velocity on tuesday requestion that my funds be transfered into my Nedbank acc and i didn't get a send. i made a call and they say i owe the company R17 000. i ask how it is possible and no one cares to explain t. if you can kindly look at KAP Holdings share price on the internet, you will see that i didn't violate the company' policy, my trade was clean. 2 months ago i was blocked from accesing my acc, i think the brokers thought the company was going to pass R10.00 in share price and it did not. it actualy went down as i predicted and i made my profit. not the company is silent on me. </p> <p> </p> <p>stock market college stuff members don't care about their clients and there is more.</p> <p>My mother was recrudeted to join the company to be an intermediary, she paid R25 000 in 3 years, when i registered, i asked for a for and the reference, i entered my mother' infomation, by so doing, my mother was to get her fee for bringing in a client but it has been a year and my mother did not get a cent. i called till there was no hope.</p> <p> </p> <p>secondly, after i opened an acc, a voice recording the owner was send as part of the package, in the recording, he state that for every new client, the company will trade on the client' behalve till the client is ready to trade on he/r self. understanding that, i had a baby girl born on 07 April 2016, i had to focus on the mother and the baby till the mother was fit to go back to work. 3 months later, my acc was less than how i left it. when i asked what happed, i got the story, the company is no longer trading on behalf of the clients. </p> <p> </p> <p>this company believes that they are untouchable and no body can bring them to their knees. i would like to give you this opoturnity to shake to shake them.</p> <p>your help will be highly apriciated.</p> <p>THIS MESSAGE WAS NOT REP**** TO</p> <p>good afternoon to whom it may concern, I would like to make a withdrawal of R100 000 from my trade of KAP Holdings since it reached my take profit mark from R9.13 - R7.95 as I short it. to my calculation my trade did payed me R152 000.
