Question

Taken from sbusiso mlotshwa's answer.

1.When the trading platform has been installed, there is no way to cancel the contract?

2.the cancellation has to take place within 5 days?

My question is,would we rather sink in deeper in debts when we can see clearly that we cannot, going forward afford to pay the monthly instalments rather than stopping there, though we haven't even had a single withdrawal, because at some point people that hook us in only give us this much info...for instance, before I signed in "The" guy would make me examples of what and how to do this, seemed simple then... afterwards I then asked for a single example again and my answer was that "He" too is a normal student and not authorised to do so...from my side I cannot attend the classes I'm distant.

Lieketseng, your complaint refers.

You are correct, a person has 5 working days in which to cancel an instalment agreement.

As we have no record of you accessing study material or attending classes, even though your trading platform has been installed and your trading account is open and funded, I requested that Wizeman call you to find out how he can assist. Your response was that there was no problem.

Our support department has also called to find out whether they can assist, but your phone only rang. Please contact me on *** so that I can help you get started.

Kind regards
