Please help a pensioner

Hey Hello. My mother is 68 years old and joined the company. She was told by the consult that they’ll help her make money. That she will be sent signals and those will also help her. She is a pensioner and only income is 1200 I think from the government. How did they think she was going to pay 1300 every month. How do you allow someone to join without checking if they can afford to. She has downloaded the Quicktrader which took long cause she doesn’t know how to, but they did help her via WhatsApp. Now nothing. She can’t take the classes I doubt she’ll know what’s going on and the consult no longer works there. But my question is, shouldn’t it be ******* to give a contact to someone who clearly can’t afford it. I stopped the debt orders cause she was going hungry with no money to buy food. Someone please help us get out of this mess.

Nduh, I am not sure who your Mom is, so please contact credit control to discuss.  We don't sell to pensioners who can't prove that they can pay.  If your Mom purchased this product it's because she qualified for a loan with a third party to purchase the course.  All our calls are recorded so will gladly listen to her purchase confirmation and forward it to you should you wish to listen to it.  As mentioned, please contact credit control and they will assist.
