Last day of the month means a last day of the month
I have a little complain about the billing of the course at your little **** college. when I filled in the form I clearly stated that I get paid on the last day of the month. so I don't expect your filthy college to be deducting me R249.00 on the 30th of every month even when the month has 31 days, or your employees at your **** college get paid on the 30th every month on a 31 days calendar month. This is an inconvenient to some of us, you wake up to go to work and try to fill up with your last cents only for your card to decline because stock market ran a debit order on the 29th that goes off on the 30th while you waiting to be paid on the 31th at midnight. flippen money hungry people.

The below response was sent to Laban on 31 January 2018 by our Credit Control Manager. The client was also called and advised that if the 30th falls on a Sunday, the debit order would run the Saturday before. If the Monday is a public holiday, the debit order will be run on the Saturday before the Monday. As there are only 28 or 29 days in February, the debit order will definitely not run on a 30th, but most likely on the 26th or 27th, depending on the day on which it falls.

Please find your attached copy of the contract and the confirmation recording in which it was confirmed that the debit order will be run on the 30th.
Our client services called you to confirm the date which the monthly instalments should be run on and there is no part in which you mentioned the 31st.
Our debit order system tracks and if there is no funds in your account it will track for the next 3 days which means even if the funds reflect on your account 3 days later the debit order will not bounce.
I also checked on our billing and the date was always on the 30th and if you were not happy about the debit date you should have contacted us and changed the debit order date.
