FINAL PAYMENT DEMAND AND REFUSAL TO CANCEL
They are demanding FINAL payment, refused to cancel the contract for which I'm not even active, they are threatening ITC listing, I'm no longer interested in this as there was a lot of dishonesty from the sales person.

Unfortunately the credit controllers follow a standard collection process when one fails to pay outstanding fees. I recommend you contact them to discuss. They may be able to assist with a payment plan.
