False information given to me to accept the contract

Just want to warn all consumers not to go into business with Stock Market College. On the 6 July 2016 their sales rep came to present the product to myself and my wife.We specifically told him we cannot afford the instalment of R1400 and that we would need to discuss it between ourselves. The next morning his wife Ulandi calls me telling me that I need not to worry about the instalment as I will be making between R100-R200 a day and that would pay the instalment.Basically the returns I make would pay the instalment.Based on what she told me I accpeted the deal. The same day 7 July 2016 her husband comes to my work and we sign the contract.I then attended the training on the 11 July 2016.Once I finished the training I was now ready to start trading or like they say wanted to start making money as I have an instalment to pay.On the 12 July I then realised that my account was not active.I then called Ulandi and she said she will sort it out.She called me back and told me that she had to lie to the IT/customer dep by pretending to my wife. She also confirmed that it would be operational the next day which was the 13 July 2016.I then tried again on the 13 July and it did not work.I called her again and she said they promised that it work on the 14 July 2016.I logged on again on the 14 July and it did work as she promised.I then started my first trade. That continued for the rest of the week or for about 3 days.I then realised that this is not working for me and on the 4th day which was the 19 I messaged Hardus who is the owner of SMC.he then got someone to call me by the name of Jacques.I explained to him my proplem and told me that I need to come and see him the following day.The following day I messaged him again and told him that I want this contract cancelled because the Quick tip trade ideas are not working for me.He then told me something about the markets not doing good.I told him again I want this contract canclelled. He put me onto a debtors/creditors lady but she never reacted to my email. After 3/4 emails she responded and then send me snip of the contract something about 5 day cooling of period.I explained to her in bullit point what had happened but she never responded.I then tracked down Zelda who is the owners wife.We exchanged emails and she could not make the deicison of cancelling my contract. She then escalated the matter to her husband Hurdus who called me and tld me that I am giving up to quick and that he will not cancle my contract. No explaination was given to me as to why he deicded not to cancel my contract only that he will not cancel my contract. These people are a bunch of ****** because if I do my calculations I used their product for 3 days before I messaged the owner. That is less then their 5 day cooling of period but guess what they now say that they count from the time you sign the contract. Not from the time everything is in place and working. It is the same like you buy a car and the dealer gives you the battery 2 months later but you have to pay the instalment and you cannot cancel the deal with the car dealer.I have bought many cars and when you sign the deal is when you drive the car out of their yard and thereafter you have a 7 day cooling off period but no not with SMC.Be very careful people before you enter into any business with these people.

Dear Grant
Your contract where you purchased the Profit Course could not be cancelled as your request fell outside of the 5 day period, based on your contract date. Your initial complaint was that your trading account wasn't open timeously - it took 5 days. Then it was that your trades were unsuccessful. Neither of the above had anything to do with you purchasing the Profit Course..

Thank you for coming back to me Zelna. There was no mention of 5 day cooling off period when I accepted the deal.I am well within my 5 day cooling off period from the time this account was activated and working.Like I mentioned before from the time a signed the contract to the time that account was active and working I am well within my cooling off period. You cannot sell someone a half working product and then implement a 5 day cooling off period. The correct way of conducting business is calculating from the time the customer could work on the product to the time he requested for cancellation. If you took the time to read this complaint you would have seen what my issue is wth SMC.When I accepted the contract I was never told about a third party company I was just told that I would received a whole lot of calls to get my account active.I want this contract cancelled because you guys people at SMC are a bunch of ******.I don't want any more dealings with you or any of SMC.You can come and collect you gold tin but I want this contract cancelled.I will not be apying you people a cent. You can hand my account over to your attorneys but I am telling you I will not pay for something which I don't use and which I requested to be cancelled.I WANT THIS CONTRACT CANCELLED.
