false information for client to sign up. And rude ,arrogant credit department after wrong date of debit.

When the sales consultants sign you up as a client, they tell you that this is like an investment and you will make a minimum of R250 per day which can even pay for the repayment of R50400 which is initially supposed to be payed in installments of R1400 per month for 3 years.

They don't specify that you have a chance to loose money on somedays, they talk about win,win ,win before signing you up.

After signing up , you find out that you need to attend training during the day on weekdays only, meaning that you have to take leave from work and go for that training, which they don't tell you.they don't even tell you that after that training you need more money in your trading account in order to make money that can help pay of the debt. only after signing to they come out with the truth.

Today was the last stroke, I get paid on the 20th of every month, but they debit on the 18th , which is a Friday because the 20th falls on a Sunday, which makes sense.but they don't inform their clients prior to prepare financially for the debit date.so I call them, they transfer me to the credit department, where I spoke to a rude ,arrogant lady that was clear that she is illiterate and knows nothing about client service.

I asked why they are debitting on the 18th and why did they not inform the clients prior, and she started being rude saying there's nothing they can do, she kept on putting the phone aside asking her colleague how she can handle the query, not even asking me to hold, then I started getting angry due to her tone of voice when she said, listen here, there's nothing we can do, and I said to her that I can't continue to talk to her because she's rude, and I asked her to transfer the call to her manager, she refused, with arrogance, and I said to her I have the cell phone number of the owner and I'm going to call him, and she said it's fine , I must call him,she doesn't care.I hung up, very angry and frustrated.

I called the owner who's name is Hardus Van Pletsen. He was calm and he apologized on behalf of the lady from the credit department and assured me that he will handle the situation.

the lady from the credit control called, she said she was Lucia, I didn't get any apology, she just said only now with respect. What can we do to make the process easier, and I said to her like all financial institutions,I would like the company to make arrangements with the client a month prior that next month, the debit will go of on a Friday because your pay day falls on a Sunday. I'm so angry and frustrated because I was not going to sign up for a debt of a repayment of R50400 had I known all the facts and now this, I'm making people aware that they must not sign up, It's a trap. DON'T SIGN UP!!!!!

Dear Mphoentle
Your complaint refers. I was present with both phone calls, Lucia and Hardus and I apologise once again for any rudeness from my staff.
With regards to the monthly deduction, there is a statement in bold on your contract underneath the payment options, stating that should your day of deduction fall on a public holiday or weekend, that the said instalment will be paid on the first working day prior. Would you like to select a different date, so that you will not be affected eg the 25th?
We offer orientation to all clients on a Saturday, you also have a CD in your tin which you can listen to if you are unable to attend. I note that you have not as yet attended. It tells you what needs to happen and what the processes are to follow. In saying this though, I will address your complaint with the relevant distributor and advise him to address this with his consultant.
I note that you are currently trading. I encourage you to attend Saturday technical analysis classes, so too the Trading Room albeit during the week. The Trading Room is available for all throughout December, so too further platform training, should you be on leave.
Kind regards
Zelda Van Pletsen
