empty promises
When i signed up, i got promised a coach who would call me. i never got a call. i signed a debit order form but suddenly they start to call me every month because the payment was not received.

12 Jan 2022, 10:37Hi Raphael, I have asked QuickTrade's trading support to give you a call regarding your query. They do offer coaching via their Trading Room, but not one on one. The trading room runs Monday through to Friday. With regards to SMC, I note that you have worked through 3 modules so far on the course. How Smc and QT operates is mentioned in the orientation of the course and the Zoom module. I have checked with Support and they have not received a Support call from you nor a LiveChat, so I apologise for any inconvenience on your side and hope your query is speedily resolved.
