Depressed client by Stock Market Collage *****
My name is Eugene, I was signed up for this collage without proper clarity on how it works . I was **** to I was told I will only start paying once I start making money, I haven’t even made a cent but they have been debiting me since they borrowed R49 565,44 from CTI finances using my name and forged my signature even the dates of the signature do not correspond. Only now I’ve been told it’s a binding contract of three years and I can’t cancel. Am not receiving any assistance or service from them I don’t understand what am Paying for. Am even suffering from depression . These ppl are **********.

Your email requesting to cancel on the 4th March refers wherein you explain your personal circumstances of moving to Botswana and being unable to attend class. You were referred to the Zoom classes, which are recorded and can be viewed at the end of a day. Jacques also explained this to you. Your trading account is also open and funded. We did not enter into any agreements on your behalf, they were entered into by you.
I have requested a change to your trading mentor as you mentioned he was unhelpful, but as you disputed the first instalment and refused to pay your fees, our credit control department has begun the handover process.
