CT Internnational Financiers (PTY) LTD

Hi My Name is Natmie Daniels

I have received a call from a representative of the Stock Market College the week before 10 April 2017 where a gentleman briefly introduced me to their product and what it is about. Where he got my number from I don’t know. I asked if he could come and explain the product to me in more detail in person and what the Stock market is all about, how to use it to more money, etc. So we, Mr. Adiel and myself met on 10 April 2017, discussing the product, asking questions, with minimal answers or untruthful information provided in order to just get me signing up. Not knowing that they will have me signing up for it, I somehow signed up. After he left, I discussed the product with my wife and we agreed on that this is not something that we cannot afford, etc. and I won’t have time to do or work this program as it will take too much of my time and not as little time as explained by the sales representative The following was presented to me by a stock market sales representative Adiel on the 10 April 2017. I was presented with a product agreement whilst discussing the basic terms and conditions of it. Without given any time to consider terms and conditions the sales representative had me complete the agreement and later on signed it. Up until today I have never received any hard or soft copy of any contract for the stock market product nor the personal loan linked to the product until I received the summons which included all this. The representative also never explained to me about them lending money from a different source to create the platform which I will work on. All and All they never have been truthful to me. There should be a second voice recording where I question the apparent loan amounts to be paid as it was different from what the sales representative presented me with when we met. The product / loan was to be R20 000.00 whilst telephonically they noted to me it is R25 000.00. I was also not informed by the sales representative about a R249.00 monthly fee which I also had to pay for the stock market platform. I received an open and incomplete product package from the sales representative on the day we met, a clear sign of trying to seal the deal. There was no pen nor black cap in the package as the sales rep said. The sales rep gave his pen as part of the product and to date no back cap. This package was presented open and an incomplete product. The attached emails received from stock market are the emails where I provide reasons and where I request them to kindly cancel the product. Information I received when I met with the sales representative definitely contradicts with the Call Centre representative’s information, as I could hear on the recording and recall from. The sales representative also mentioned to me that I can cancel the contract at any time and nothing was mentioned about only having 5 days in which you can cancel with come out in the email after I requested for cancellation. I have also requested contact information from the sale representative for cancelling of the contract but to date has not received any. I have provided reasons for cancelling in various emails to stock market, to which their response was not very prompt, wasting more and more time. I can confirm that I have sent an email for cancellation on the 8 May 2017 but this was after I have consulted with the Mr. Adiel for who I must sent my requested to cancel. His words to me was always just use the platform for a week it will reap benefits once I make money. I have never got and answer from him after trying and trying for who I must contact to cancel. I then have taken it up on myself to send an email for cancellation this is part of the reason I only email on the 8 May 2017.i have also ask them were I must send their product package to as I did not use it at all. After sending an email on 8 May 2017 I only receive a response from them on the 31 May 2017. I than decided to take the matter to the SA Consumer Complaints and laid a complaint with them and they forward a response for mediation to the Stock Market on the 15 August 2017. Till to date I only have a Ref number from the NCC Ref no - *** After receiving a summon on the 23 April 2019 at my work place I have followed up with the SA Consumer and the NCC and no one can give me an Answer on my complaint logged or update on it. I have also telephonically contacted the Attorney of the Plaintiff and explain to them that I have Logged a Complaint about this matter in 2017 and is still waiting for an Outcome. Mrs. Van Rooyen the plaintiff representative has mention that they have not sent anything for a decision to court and I can send her an email with the reference number and she will put a block on it which I did on the 10 May 2019 and also requesting a confirmation that she receive the mail but nothing to date. I have also followed up telephonically but no luck as she is not there for the phone gets transferred to her but nobody picks up. Up until today I have not used the product nor any loan monies linked to the stock market product. Stock market goods was given to me by sales representative the day we met, As I noted to them that it can be collect at the same place where it was handed over. Do not hesitate to contact me should you require any additional information. Kind Regards, Natmie Daniels

Mr Daniels, you confirmed your purchase by way of a recorded phone call, so too the amount.  As you cancelled outside of the 5 working days, your cancellation request was declined.  I will forward the recording to you.  Should you have any questions, please call credit control on ***.
