Cannot cancel contract now being taken to credit bureau
I have signed up with stock market college, I have only attended two trainings , unfortunately due to work and study pressure I can no longer attend the classes nor do online training. I have asked to cancel the contract they tell me it is not possible, now I have to R1300 per month and since I am unable to trade I am not making profit therefore can no longer afford these payments, they tell me that my account will be handed over to the debt collectors and there is nothing that they can do. Clearly these people do not understand the impact of credit listing on ones life, I guess they do not care. Now im informed I need to pay R47 000 or else my life comes to a stand still!

You purchased a course, which you received and attended 2 lectures. Due to study pressures and work you are unable to continue. Why did you purchase the course in the first place?
How is it our wrong-doing for not cancelling your course, which you have in your possession, have been granted access to our learning management system and have attended lectures?
We are here to assist with the learning process, either online or in a class environment.
