CANCELLATION OF COURSE
The worst college to enrol , their accounts department feedback horrible . I have being retrenched in June 2021 thus leading can't longer be a student broker anymore that means i won't have money to continue with fees ,to trade as well .I sent them a letter on the 22/09/2021 explaining my reasons which are beyond me . They request letter and bank statement showing that there is no income anymore Today 06/10/2021 we are trying to cancel the stock trade course s we can't afford it anymore ,meaning no income to pay or trade still they are telling us stories about why don't we put the course on hold ,we have cooling period of 5 days . They are refusing to cancel course . We are taking the forward to the Ombudsman as well . Kingston Tsoka you are not a professional and stock markert college will be on social media for bad service you provide .
You are unfortunately the student and NOT the payee and contract holder. The cancellation request is to come from the contract holder. We communicated with the contract holder who mentioned she was not aware of the cancellation.
