Cancellation of contract.

I signed a contract with them on the 11th of September 2019 and paid R600.00 to join them. The following morning an agent called me to follow up if I got the booklets and to ask of when I can start to pay in the premiums, I told them it will be from the 25th of October 2019 the amount of R1350.00. So my father pass on the 25th last month and it made me the breadwinner for the family and now I must see to it that my mother and siblings are taken care of, this morning the 11th of October 2019 I called in to cancel the contract but I was told I can't cancel and they will go ahead with the debit on the 25th despite my cancellation of the contact. Can I please be assisted of how go about this matter. Thanks Joyce Malley
