Cancellation denied

I signed up with SMC in 2020 but however did not make use of one lesson or use any of their product whatsoever. I request a cancelation as I am not using the product, which is a reasonable request considering the above and the only response I received is that it has been denied. I'm not asking for a refund, I merely wanted to debit to stop and SMC refuse to be reasonable in the matter. Very unhappy about their response. I'm certain this is in someway a violation of someone's constitutional right to withdraw from a contract with reasonable notice
