CANCELLATION
Bull**** service from this college. Tried canceling with this college they tell you about this 5 day stupid rule. How can you give a client 5 days to cancel. That's not giving the client a chance to see how you guys work. They send emails back and forth saying that you can't cancel you have to pay your months outstanding. These are the people who can't help , Nicolene Tshepe (told me straight I can't cancel) and Margaret Seka (sends me my contract about the 5day **** rule). I kindly asked them to please cancel this plan because I cannot afford it I'm going through some family issues , they really don't care. Nonetheless I hope they see this because I'm not done. They decided to ignore my emails thereafter.

You purchased the stock market course on 2019/04/09, your trading account was opened on 2019/04/12 and on 2019/05/04 you attended orientation. You have not as yet accessed or completed a module in the learning management system.
You are correct, you have 5 working days to cancel your purchase. You requested to cancel your purchase on 21 June, more than 2 months after the purchase date and for this reason your request was declined.
