Cancel Membership and Refund me

I have send an email to stock market college on the 20 January 2021. I was given an email address via live chat as their phones are not answered they are working remotely. My email was not acknowledged and nobody responded to my email. Today they debited my account meanwhile I cancelled a month ago. I'm no longer interested in their stock market trading. Cancel my membership and stop debuting my account. Refund me my money aseblief.
