A little shame will do

I don’t understand this company. I stopped trading with them in 2018. They handed me over to JJ Harmse & Associates on the 02/08/2018. I paid off the said debts on the as of 2019. They JJ Harmse and associates refused to give me a paid paid up letter. Even when as far as reporting them to their toothless body and I didn’t get help. My reference was: SM014796. Then come 2022/09/08 in comes another debt collector (quick debt) after 3 years of paying off the old debt they harassing me about some unpaid debts to them. People we have better things to do with our lives than your disorganised book keeping. All I want is for you to confirm with JJ Harmase and associates that the account is paid up coz you won’t get any penny out of me. You can take legal action if you want I have all the proof and I can afford lawyers too. Dumb heads.
